    I wouldn't trade where I live for anywhere else! I live in paradise! I'm < 1/4 mile from Flathead Lake with Glacier National Park as my backyard! I am perfectly happy right where I am!

    I would stay in Minnesota, love actually having four seasons but a month or two of winter is enough so I'd have a beach house in the Virgin Islands for jan-March!

    Summit County, Colorado.
    Short drive to ski resorts - Keystone, Copper, Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge.

    And can complete my bucket list item of hiking all of the 14ner mountains.

    In a log cabin in the middle of nowhere, with a fireplace and a hot tub. I don't even care what state, as long as there's a blackberry bush and a stream nearby.

    Nice and warm all year round (compared to the UK), nice and quiet, but just close enough to allow me to do something stupid should the mood take me.
