Not really new but seeking extra motivation!

Hello,

Just thought I'd introduce myself. I've been working out off and on for the past couple of years. At one point I lost 12lbs by just eating right and working out 5 days per week and I got a really bad cold a couple of years ago and ended up falling off the fitness wagon HARD. Since then, I've worked out like once per week off and on. No real motivation until last week.....

Since last week I've been working out pretty solid. 4 days last week and was busy all weekend so I didn't get my workout in. This week I'm starting up on Insanity and including that with my weightlifting and whatnot. I've gotten back into my previous motivation stage and it's not going to change.

I will succeed, I will be a better person, I WILL stay fit and active no matter what! Looking forward to the new me and enjoying the results.
