Spicy Steak, Corn and Bean Chili Tonight

So in honor of it being Autumn and getting to be a bit cold outside me and the wife are making Chili. Actually almost everything in it is leftovers so it also helps to get the stuff out of the refrigerator. We had steaks last night so we cut up 2 of them into it, we also had some left over corn added that. Added some beans those were in the pantry i think everyone should have beans in their pantry. Some tomato paste from the pantry. Then we had a small amount of salsa left it was a spicy corn and black bean salsa dumped the rest of that in. Added in some chili powder from the spice cupboard and couple of pinches of some other spices. So far the smell coming off the croc pot is great so dinner tonight will be a Spicy Steak, corn and bean chili.

That's the recipe let it cook into you cant take the smell of it anymore.

It's incredible. And not a thicky, creamy fatty stew either. It's easy to make too. I've just plugged the ingredients in to "My Recipes" but I'm not sure how many servings it is. When I figure that out over dinner tonight, I'll add it to the MFP database
