Best Pre-workout?!

Hello all, I had been using Musclepharm Assault (old version) and just ran out, any input on good pre-workouts??

    I use C4 Extreme, it seems to do the trick. I get a good deal at Costco.

    I also use C4 Extreme. I prefer the Strawberry Margarita or Fruit Punch flavors so far. I can definitely notice a difference in my lifting when I take it, vs. when I don't. (I can lift heavier, and my endurance is much better)

    Clif Builder's Bar for me, but basically the same thing. Or 3 or 4 bananas if it's an endurance based workout. Always coffee though.

    Yeah I actually prefer the Builder's Bars. Those things are great. I'm opting for Power Bars lately to save a few calories while cutting. The Protein Plus bar has the same amount of protein for like 60 fewer calories.

    Quest Bar and coffee, coffee with a scoop(s) of protein powder, or just food!! Depends on the day and what my protein/carb needs are for the day after meals.

    I have done powdered pre workouts but find that correct eating does just as much good for my energy levels. And costs less :wink:

    Today was cold coffee with 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder. I just use leftover coffee from the morning, shake it up and leave it in the fridge till I head to the gym. Drink it on the way there and I'm good to go!

    My friend bought C4 yesterday and I am now looking into it as well. Apparently its really good and not worth bucket loads.

    I tried Jack3d micro which was good but I'm not sure if I would go back to it.

    Just kidding, I think about how much I hate my Dad.




    C4 is pretty good or any pre-work mix but if you just ran out now is a good time to take a break from it if you've built up some tolerance. If you take a couple weeks off you'll get that serial killer itch back we disturbingly crave. Right now I'm taking a thermo (fat burners like Super HD, OxyElite Pro etc.), this gives me a TON of energy throughout the day. I like to use C4 when I'm doing extended cardio though. I stack this with Pornhub like that other guy mentioned.
