Weight training @ home

Can someone point me to a link or article that gives a good, basic, total body weight training regimen to do at home?
I have lost nearly 40 pounds and have another 40 or so to go. I want to start incorporating strength training in a more focused manner.
For those of you familiar with the Leslie Sansone empire, I've been using her "Burn 30/Firm 30" routines for a few weeks now; the Firm 30 is a thirty minute routine with hand weights (dumbbells) that is supposed to target all the muscle groups. The way her program works, you do the cardio 3 days a week, alternating w/ the strength the other 3 days, with one rest day. I usually do the Firm 30 on strength days, and the Burn/Fit 30 on days when I don't have time to do my regular longer cardio (5 mile walk).
While I can "feel" the results, I wonder about the long term benefits of this. Do I just keep increasing the weight amounts? Should I use hand weights on my cardio days - would that result in any measurable strengthening, or just increase the calories burned?
I don't have time to go to a gym regularly, so a full weight room is not going to be an option. I don't have room in my house for a weight machine/bowflex type thing. I was thinking just dumbbells, but don't want to be wasting my time.
Any thoughts?

Checkout a progressive bodyweight program like nerdfitness or You Are Your Own Gym. Adjustable dumbbells or resistance bands would be good as well.0
