Hello

Hi! My name is Larissa, I am here to mainly to learn of good exercises and recipes- along with meeting people!

It probably sounds like I don't know what Google or commonsense is, I mean it's not hard to search recipes or workouts, but alas I am an attempted recovering bulimic of 3 years so I think community support would be nice.
What I have found is that eating a very high protein diet is extremely helpful, but high intensity exercises are something I need to ease into; I am underweight, all flab, and an avid smoker+drinker.
