Im on week 3 of the program and i workout 5 times a week. The program is 3 days a week.
So on the days i dont do c25k should i still run on the treadmill because thats my favorite type of cardio?
I also lift weights afterwards.

I wouldn't do cardio before lifting weights. So if it was me I'd do the 3 days of C25k and then weights on the other 2 days.0

That's what I've always been told. You don't want to waste all your energy on cardio and not be able to do a good weight lifting session. I found an article that says similar to the way it's been explained to me:
