Fallen off the wagon

Well after 35 days straight of MFP, I hit a bump and fell off the wagon. I was doing really well, but life kind of threw up in my face lol. I'm trying to get back on track, but I noticed one thing that I'm basically lacking. SUPPORT!!! My husband is extremely supportive, but it's very hard to keep up with it since he's 1,000 miles away (his job) I joined MFP because of the support and I'm just not getting it :( I dish out all the encouragement and praise that I can for other people because I know the struggle. I would just like some "friends" to encourage me....that's all

    You can add me :)
Just remember that whether others motivate you or not, be your own motivation!
    Or let your husband be!
Imagine how it would feel for him to come home and be like,
"whoa! where's the rest of my wife!?" :)

Chin up coconut! Get up, dust yourself off, and get back at it. I have fallen off a few times. Recently we moved and during the move I ate A LOT of junk. I'm back at it now and I'm having to retrain my brain (hardest part). You can do this. Nothing in life is smooth sailing! We'll do great, we'll fall again, we'll get up again!

    All the best!!!
