Hello! I'm 5 ft 6 inches and currently weight 123 pounds. In the past two months I did a big mistake of eating less and didnt lose any weight . I decided to boost my calories from 1200 to 1400. I did that and in a week so far I have lost half a pound only. I want to get to a 115 i know im a healthy weight but I want to be 115 pounds of muscle.and after losing 30 pounds my stomach is still wobbly . I do workouts like No More Trouble Zones , extreme shed and shred, hard body all by Jillian Micheals is 1400 calories too much for these workouts? I eat 1400 calories no excersise calories or anything. I want to lose atleast one pound a week
