So how do all of you find reaching your vitamin and mineral goal with what you're doing? I've recently started taking a lot more notice of mine and I realised I should probably be visiting my GP about what I might be lacking ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
On that note, I gotta say, it feels amazing to actually hit those kind of goals!!!
Especially since I'm so interested in those kind of things. Never take me grocery shopping without expecting to be in there for quite some hours...
