Filling up nutrient intakes

So how do all of you find reaching your vitamin and mineral goal with what you're doing? I've recently started taking a lot more notice of mine and I realised I should probably be visiting my GP about what I might be lacking :)

On that note, I gotta say, it feels amazing to actually hit those kind of goals!!! :D Especially since I'm so interested in those kind of things. Never take me grocery shopping without expecting to be in there for quite some hours...
