Ran a mile...

I ran a mile without stopping for the 1st time in about a year....took about 12 minutes. I used to run a mile in 11:30 so I hope to get back to that within a month :smile:

    I danced after my first mile...lol Still sometimes have walk breaks even now, but it's better than I could have ever thought about 2 years ago! :heart:
