Hi I'm Grace, 25 years old and currently at 175 lbs. My heaviest was 180 and I'm getting increasingly more depressed at the weight I've been gaining. My lowest ever was 130 lbs but that was awhile ago, I usually stay steady around 150-155 and I'd say that is currently my first goal to reach. My ultimate (though maybe impossible) goal would be to drop 45 lbs to reach 120. I've tried losing weight in the past and tried many methods but always fall off the wagon. This time I want to actually accomplish a goal!
