    Zumba

    Just finished a 50 min workout and burned 500 cals. Mine is for the wii, but I believe they are available for a lot of game systems and DVD.

    Agreed. I love dancing and have 3 of the Zumba Wii games and they're all great (if you don't have any kind of games system YouTube "Zumba routines" and you'll find plenty :wink: )

    Me too! You can also find full classes of Zumba on YouTube. I've gotten so into it that I'm planning to train as an instructor starting in May.
