Hi All, I am new 3 days old today 
i love to cook! and eat or else i would be here LOL , i am stressing a bit as im not sure how to calculate a recipe , would i need to write down and add all the ingredients to determine the calories for each and then what do i do to determine the calories for serving GAH, see im stressing already LOL
