1500 calories a day the smart way, advice please

Hi, all: I have a new trainer and he wants me to up my calories to 1500. I usually do 1,000-1,200 a day. Keep in mind though, I am pretty small only 5 feet. Any advice on how to do this the smart way?

I would listen to your trainer and eat 1500. I'm 5'3.5" and 115 lbs and would lose on 1500 net. My advice would be to log accurately and 100% and fuel your body. Also, a good read:
