Hi , I have been wanting to do this for awhile now but now I am ready to commit. Need to lose 50+ lbs. I need motivation and support. Would like to do this slow and steady for lasting results. would like to eat simple but healthy (not a lot of wild concoctions, or complicated recipes) lol. Any help would be appreciated. I WILL DO THIS !!!!
