I started on January 1, 2013. I actually stuck with it really well. I ran a 5k in the summer (never ran a day in my life. ) And by the end of the year I had lost 37 pounds! Once school started again in January, I stopped exercising, not eating as well and just completely lost myself. Its my last semester of dental hygiene school and the stress level is just through the roof. How does one exercise with long 10 hour days and the exhaustion that follows. Then theres studying for tests and NOW add board exams onto it. Anyway, I'm on spring break and am going to use this time to try to get back into the swing of things. I've got fridge full of healthy foods, now I just need to get in the gym. The weather is also getting warmer so that should help me out a bit. Looking for friends that are active now since most of mine from before have vanished... thanks for listening
