Dieting while having life stress

Has anyone found a trick for keeping up with their diet when they are going through loads of life stress (in my case now it's my job)?? I guess I am an emotional eater because I'll overindulge when I get upset, or drink wine in the evening which leads to bad food decisions. The only thing I am doing well to combat this current work stress and for my health is continue my workouts.
For me I know I need to keep my carbs in check, but when upset I reach for them. Hmmmmm?

I have some of the same issues from time to time, check my diary and you will see plenty of coke and Crown in there. LOL, I log everything no matter what it is. Do I go over sometimes, yes I do, but dont stop logging what you eat. Eventually you will get to where you wont exceed it or at least know you have to make it up if you want to stay on track. If you dont log it you wont know and will not be conscious of where you are.0

Keep logging your food! Don't break the habit.
My marriage fell apart at the end of last summer and I stopped logging in and tracking during the fallout. I'm just now starting to get back to where I was weight-wise because I wasn't paying attention to what I was eating.0 -
Thanks! I did log the entire bottle of wine I drank last night. And now today the jelly beans off my colleagues desk. Will have to hit the gym hard tonight for sure and ensure I don't go off plan this evening!
I guess logging even the bad days will give us an opportunity to look at the entire week for awareness to ensure we don't have too many bad days. Must....log....daily. Got it!0
