Tech help for the fiancé and I...

Sorry for posting this everywhere, but we need help!

My fiancé and I are finally back on track when it comes to our health. I am losing quite quickly while he has plateaued somewhat. He's already lost a good 70 lbs, and has another 20-40 (depending on muscle mass) to go.
While I'm on a good run right now, I need all the motivation I can get. Right now it's been the gratitude for a good body (my patient is really struggling with hers :( ) that I can't let go to waste.
We have been looking for a good way to measure our calories spent. It would have to be a device that would measure calories spent weight lifting as well(extra points if it links to mfp). We are trying to save for a house, but we're not afraid to spend a good $100 if it's worth it. I've researched online, but all I seem to get are planted reviews.  So, good people of loseit, myfitnesspal, xxfitness, and fitness:

Do you use these devices? Do you find them to be accurate? Do they measure calories other than walking/jogging?

Our future bodies thank you for your attention and help.

I have the Garmin Vivofit with a HRM strap and have found it to work very well for overall (daily BMR, daily activity, workouts) calorie burn. If you are looking for an all around device, the Vivofit, Polar Loop and Basic watch are pretty much it right now, though more are coming. The Vivofit doesn't work with MFP yet (though rumors are this will change by the end of the monthish) but I just use a simple spreadsheet and input the numbers from Vivifit and MFP to track.

dcrainmaker(.com) has very detailed, nonbiased reviews of all three.

I use a bodymedia link armband. I've worn it for about two years now because I hate guessing at and logging exercise. It seems to be pretty accurate for me. Bodymedia works with MFP, too.

No problem. Ray does excellent reviews.
