Hey all! I put together my first weight comparison and posted it in my profile. I didn't realize until now that there was such a drastic change. I am pretty proud of myself, so I figured I'd let you all know

good job, keep it up, pics are so motivating because when we look in the mirror we dont always see it. it takes a pic sometimes, like when a friend says hey you lost weight and you go, the scale hasnt budged but you have lost size so you dont think you can tell a difference but others can(if that makes sense)0
