I have noticed that I eat lesser when I am more active physically/work-out!

    I'm the opposite. I'm ravenous on days I work out!

    Oh man! I'm starving after a workout...and i think my mind adds to it by telling me it's "ok" to eat now that you've kicked your own *kitten* (-:

    I have an hour or so when I am not hungry (but have post workout shake anyway) and then I usually get very hungry after that. Different types of exercise creates different hunger for me also.

    I have noticed that I eat lesser when I am more active physically/work-out!

    Exercise supresses the appetite, hence why a lot of people do nto feel hungry after a workout.

    However, that can all change after a couple of hours and that is the crucial time to make sure that a proper nutritious meal is eaten and not snacks of rubbish.
