I have noticed that I eat lesser when I am more active physically/work-out!

I have an hour or so when I am not hungry (but have post workout shake anyway) and then I usually get very hungry after that. Different types of exercise creates different hunger for me also.0

I have noticed that I eat lesser when I am more active physically/work-out!
Exercise supresses the appetite, hence why a lot of people do nto feel hungry after a workout.
However, that can all change after a couple of hours and that is the crucial time to make sure that a proper nutritious meal is eaten and not snacks of rubbish.0
