Help with recipes!

I am really having a hard time doing this. I am a really picky eater that really loves sugary and salty foods. Yes, I know both are horrible. I need some yummy healthy recipes then maybe I will start working out too because you can't eat unhealthy and exercise, you won't see any progress.

    I like salty too. Too much actually. I've discovered a little garlic powder helps curb that craving for me. if you name a few favorites, I'll go through my recipes for you tommorow.

    I like meats, but I don't really like fish or seafood. Veggies I like are broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, corn, hmmm put some recipes up and I will go through them.

    Try the Cooking Light website: the recipes are really good, the instructions are clear, and there are a TON of lightened recipes there already.

    also epicurious.com has great great recipes. You can enter a specific dietary need also
