Hello All,
I just started the journey to lose 35 - 40 lbs.. Would like to have people add me so i can stay motivated and not go astray. Just seeing people losing 45, 50 even 100 lbs here is overwhelming. I have gone on diets before and honestly could not keep up for more than a few weeks.
This time around, i am eating healthier, smaller portions and mixing cardio with strength training. please feel free to add me.
