Hi to all MFP OCDs :)

Hi boys and girls,
I live in North England, UK and am a bit OCD with my calories intake and burning, or so my coworkers think. I am a computer geek with science degree and attacks of philosophical thought, who is trying to shape up and increase his fitness level for vane and deeper reasons. If anyone can point me to groups in here that share similar unfortunate combination of passions I'd be much obliged.

Started recently, I am so far on MFP with garmin vivofit and trying various fitness plans. I am afraid more gadgets will be bought ::) and crazy diets tried. Training 5 or more times a day, just over 1h each time.
