Hi! 4.9kilos down after 15 days, soooo happy

I have always struggled with my weight, using yo-yo diets and always putting it back on however being fitness was never my problem as I am always keeping fit.
My problem was discipline. I worked out well during the week, eating healthy (i thought) but then socialising on the weekend and splurging on that bottle of wine or two and cheat meals. Messing up my weeks progress.

My new cleanse has been the best Ive done so far. With nutritional shakes for brekky & lunch with an offered snack in between & dinner is my new studied recipes that fill me well, and not the yucky feeling.

In 15 days I am down 4.9kilos already and with my measurements - 38cms down. I have another 15 days to go until my full 30 days are up but I can surely see myself adding these items to my daily routine after.
