Calorie tracking?

What app do you use to track food?
Loseit says I can eat 1400 calories a day and with Jenny Craig I had 1200 a day.
I have a jawbone up and was hoping for a tracker that ties in with it.
Should I just use the UP app?

    I've only used My Fitness Pal to track my calories.

    If you're using the website version of MFP, you can also download a free MFP app for your phone or other mobile device.

    Myfitness Pal app works with Jawbone up.

    Thats what I do.

    work with my jawbone
    I found it odd that I had a different calorie budget with this app than with others so I wasn't sure what people used
