26 Female Carpenter, new here and need friends and help!

Hi everyone!

My name is Sam and I really need to lose weight. I have successfully done so in the past but many of life's troubles keep me coming back to the bad food and I'm pretty much at my biggest I've ever been. I am extremely active but just overweight.

I know that if I gain any more I will have to buy a new tool belt!

Any encouragement would be appreciated!

PS - Any people who are vegan and have been successful - I would love to learn more! I have been trying to be vegan for a while but because I am so busy I rarely have time to make myself meals.

    Hi Sam! That's so cool that you are a carpenter! I'm useless with tools and probably borderline dangerous, lol.

    I have friends that are vegan and they have both done quite well with their weight loss and fitness journey. It's really a matter of balancing calories in with calories out. Find some exercise you love and foods you enjoy and just go for it. There's so many options!

    One thing I hear a lot is the fact that you can't out train a bad diet. So log your foods so you understand what you're eating.
