Hi everyone,
I actually started a little over a week ago on my fitness pal, and its been quite good so far (apart from erm, my one-time mcDonald miss-hap on sunday...lol). I'm amazed at how easy it is to consume more calories than necessary, and am reading up lots more about food and nutrition since i joined! Anyways, here's a hello to everyone.... and a good luck to everyone on their journey....
I would realllllly appreciate any tips you guys out there have on staying strong and motivated as well as staying on track and getting inspired to get up from the couch, which i find difficult on many days, especially when there's noone to follow me! Also, any tips on avoiding temptations would be awesome!

just keep logging in you'll find all the support, and motivation you need, you will most surely become someones inspiration yourself. Try reciting a mantra to yourself every morning, or thru out today that's positive, and motivating to you. Good luck on your success. feel free to add me for support0

hello and heppy you join this site you will love it and if you want the most out of it and the best help get friends and talk to them offend it help out alot exercise what you love the most and have fun at it ... see what your friends eat ... it might help you out and find new things to eat it will be fun and have fun at it0
