How to break dairy addiction without soy/nut/seed milks/substituitions?

Sooo, thank you for reading! I love me the convenient greek yogurt protein snack so much!
But Dr says no diary at all.
Being allergic, to soy/nut/seed milks I cannot have traditional soy/almond/flax etc substituitions. And am really looking for a protein heavy, low carb/salt subsittion that comes in to go containers/packages, not an animal source.
Ideas?
Suggestions?

Have you ever broken a diary addicition? Currently I don't know what else to buy in a standard grocery store with limited options for a to go container/packages of yummy protein. Wow would I be grateful to figure out how to/what to substitute to get off dairy completely!!
Thank you so much for any and all responses......

Anything you get in to go container will unfortunately have lots of salts for preservative. Is cooking an option for you? I broke mine with mostly home cooked lentil soups which are high in protein, and adding more vegetables to lunch instead of yogurt.

thanks so much for responding. fabulous idea and agreed! Sadly for me at least don't sleep/live in an environment where can cook. Mostly all meals except tea/cocoa/snacks(prior greek yogurt still uncertain).
what did you go through physically and mentally to remove dairy? Any and all additional suggestions given above would be awesome

How about coconut milk? It's dairy and soy free. 6g protein
