Hey everyone!
I was wondering if some of you super awesome diary checking folks would be willing to take a gander at my diary and check it for entry accuracy... I just got a food scale not too long ago and have been weighing mostly all of my foods but being primarily an app user, I can't see if the database entries I have chosen for meats and vegetables and fruits are myfitnesspal entries or crazy user entries. I have been maintaining my weight within my range (my goal) so I know that I must be somewhat correct but I want to eat all the foods and don't want to waste precious calories on incorrect entries . All opinions welcome!! Thanks in advance!!

I have never seen a diary where a person eats so much of the same food...wow.
The only entry I saw that would raise a flag is the cheese in cups...esp if it's shredded...who knows how much you can get in there.
I could squish a lot of cheese in 1/2 cup...
Most tho that I checked were right on. IE apples ect.
As well no log on Sunday...
If you are worried about choosing correct entries and you appear to eat a lot of the same foods day after day...make your own from the USDA site...just google calories in ______________and it pops up then you can click on the usda source link and there you go.0 -

Yeah. I am a creature of habit! I go through phases where I really want to eat the same things all the time and then will randomly change it. Happens about every three months or so. Dinners during the work week are always the same though. It makes it easy for meal planning. Even though I am eating roughly the same things, do you think I am getting enough over all variety nutritionally?
I do weigh the cheese but left it as the cups serving because I was too lazy to change it. So whatever the package says 2 servings is in grams, that is what I weigh out and use.
What is this no log on Sunday?? What date? I always log so I need to go check that out on the web version and see what is up.
I really appreciate you checking my diary! I don't have access to a computer and only have internet on my phone and going between tabs on my phone trying to make manual entries from other websites onto the app is really time consuming and frustrating because the app will crash on me a lot. I plan on going through and making my own entries when I get a computer this fall but wanted to make sure I was doing okay in the mean time.0 -

The only thing that strikes me is that you are sucking down a lot of artificially sweetened yogurt (sucralose is an ingredient). Granted, my views on artificially sweetened food clearly differs from yours, but still. Even an artificial sweetener enthusiast would probably agree that four per day is a lot.0

Thanks for your opinion! I do love that yogurt lol! I unfortunately have yet to find a yogurt that I can digest that doesn't have artificial sweeteners in it. I also can't do stevia because it gives me headaches.0
