I'm looking for a detox. Nothing like stop eating detox just something to give me a pick me up after eating bad and feeling bloated.

Have a sensible calorie deficit and learn the skill of not over eating. It's very hard (I know, because I have had to learn this) but it is something that will keep you on track for life. IF you're feeling bloated from your eating yesterday, get back on track today. That's all it will take.
As far as detoxing - I find that my body detoxes quite well on it's own.0 -
Our bodies do a pretty good job of cleansing themselves if we let them. If you want to give your body a break from unhealthy foods, eat unprocessed foods such as fish, chicken, lots of good veg, some fruit, healthy fats, no caffeine, no alcohol. Drink plenty of water.
After a few days you can introduce the healthier processed foods, and focus on moderation of the rest.0 -
Use your Liver. It works it doesn't cost a penny and is 'safe'0

^^^^ this
OP just get back on track if you overate, there's no need to do anything else. You didn't break anything so there's nothing to fix.0 -

BTW feeling bad after overeating is mostly psychological. Learn to forgive yourself and how to not beat yourself up over one bad day. Really, it's just one bad day, it's not a sin or a crime so you shouldn't feel guilty about it. You need to overeat by 3500 calories (i.e. 3500 calories over your TDEE) to gain just 1 lb of fat. If the scale's showing a water weight gain, it's probably from the sodium. Drink plenty of water and it'll be gone in a day or so.0

Here's a 3 day 'reboot' plan that won't leave you hungry at all:

Yeah... your body will sort itself out as is the way of life. If I feel gross after a day or weekend of eating a lot of "stuff" (i.e. alcohol, fried foods, etc.) I just get back on the wagon. Case in point, last weekend I attended a wedding (Cake, salty foods, alcohol) and I also had pizza, chicken wings and several beers. I weighed myself Monday and I was up about 1.5lbs.
This is what I do:
I try to drink plenty of water
I make sure I am hitting my fiber intake
As of today, I'm down a pound. Of course, we'll see after my true 'weigh in' day. But I'm on a down trend now. I may be "Even Steven" by that time or down a little more.
Your body will sort itself out. Unless it's what neandermagnon's talkin' 'bout.0
