Hello everybody, I'm new here on the forums but first started using mfp last year. I lost almost 30 pounds and gained most of it back since then because I had so much going on at the time and my life turned into total chaos (Relationship issues, moving, quarter life crisis etc etc!). I am not a multitasker and I find it challenging to juggle many things at once.
Anyhow I started exercising again almost a month ago and have now lost about 12 pounds and am back on track
I want to really stick with it as my long term goal is to get down to 150 and move back to my home. So I thought being active and making friends on here would be great! :-D
I love to encourage others too and I'm a great cheerleader!
I don't log what I eat anymore because I prefer to not be THAT stringent and I learned from my previous weight loss success, but I do update my weight about once a week or so
