Now first things first I AM NOT ADVOCATING this and also this IS ONLY FOR INTEREST READING
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2507184/I-lost-nearly-2-stone-24-HOURS-Sport-scientist-proves-rapid-weight-loss-IS-possible-youre-prepared-exercise-wearing-bin-bags-eat-carbs-drink-nothing.html
Interesting though what is actually possible. Not a good idea wont work for every individual but certainly dispels the facts I have read time and time again from many people on this site about how you cannot lose alot of weight very quickly.
again I AM NOT ADVOCATING THIS thought I should say that bwfore I get shot down. Enjoy

I'm getting a 502 error when I click it, but based on the url, it sounds like they're just dropping water weight and it'll get put back on. Sure, it's possible, but there's really no point to it unless you're trying to make weight for a competition.0

By the scale, I can lose 4 lbs in one day by only eating about 800 calories and drinking a 12 pack of beer the night before. Doesn't mean that that's fat loss. Nor does it mean it won't come back within a couple days when I rehydrate. Nor does it mean my liver or kidneys are very happy with me.0

I don't think anyone on this site says you can't lose weight quickly, they are saying you can't lose fat quickly.
And yes, all he did was find any ways possible to pull all the water out of his body "I begin my day with one ridiculously hot Epsom salt bath coupled with a 100ml bottle of water laced with diuretics. This is the only liquid I am allowed all day." direct quote from his diary.
Sounds like a good way to kill yourself buddy.....
So if you are not advocating this why would you spread it around?0 -
I wish people on this site would stop posting stuff from the Daily Mail, it's the most bias, lying, racist, sexist, sensationalist, propaganda machine in the UK0

Ok first plenty of people have said you cannot lose weight quickly that is the point of me posting this so misinformed individuals learn the difference as you say between weight and fat.
And the reason I spread this is as I said in the original post it is an interesting read, in the same way I would not reccomend searching for the holy grail but the book is a good read!
And to the daily mail hater I am not a fan either but the person involved does not work for them it was and independant who experimented on himself and the daily mail reported on it! So do one with your comments0 -
I have a very similar article that discusses the same main points.
-- Low to no salt.
-- Low to no carbs
-- Hot bath
-- Coffee
The difference is, in my article it requires you to drink 2 gallons of water on the first day.
The next 3 days is 1 gallon
Day 4 -- 1/2 gallon
Day 5 - 1/4 gallon
Day 6 -- 1/8 gallon
Day 7 No water
The article that I have also discusses that its a week long process.0 -
I think it's quite interesting. He's just drawing attention to the water loss effect, he isn't advoctating people do it. And he says he put it back on again in 2 hours when he rehydrated. He's saying people shouldn't obess about the scales as they vary due to water weight.0
