I have been doing Les Mills Combat, I'm am in the 5th week now. Tough going without really any movement on the scale, so I stopped looking at it. A few weeks ago I bought a pair of cargo capris for a summer job uniform and they were tight enough that I couldn't really wear them yet and still be able to breathe. Today, with the prospect of slightly warmer weather, I figured I would try them on. THEY FIT. No longer so tight I can't move or breathe, they fit well and I don't look like a stuffed sausage! Just the motivation I needed!
