I was just reading up in the forum and no I don't want anyone selling it to me so please don't spam me...

I was wondering how many women have done the program? I was watching the infomercial and it's totally what I'm looking for. I want to know good posture and new exercises with weights and do to being in the process of moving I'm in between gyms. Thought this could assist with my at home gym but the commercial was men only based!

I don't want to eat 3000 calories is there a women version or women options before I get it?

Thanks guys!!

lifting weights isn't gender based.. sure it might be male focused, but that doesn't mean following their routine won't help you.. I am sure the book has calorie conversions for woman as well as men as most beachbody nutrition guides do.. if not just follow the standard beachbody fomula you can find just by googling

It's still early. It will be interesting to see, if just asking 'em to leave you alone is enough.
