i just really want to lose weight and get fit thats all

When you use shortness of breath as an excuse, you will never lose weight. There are a lot of things to help yourself that doesn't involve getting out of breath. Lift arms more, lift legs more, and just watch what you eat daily.

I struggle with breathing on and off due to having Angioedema which means that my face, neck and airways swell up without warning. I used to think it was an excuse. I've learnt that even though I may struggle to breath at times, learning to breathe properly through it means that nothing is out of my reach.

i didnt say i had shortness of breath, i said i have breathing problems
its not an excuse its a fact
and i have to have a ct scan done to find the cause of it0 -

Hi, it seems we have gotten off to a rocky start with some of the posts so far. I have been on MFP for a month and have found it to be very suppoortive and encouraging. I hope you are able to find the solution to your breathing problem and can get help for it. I have put in a friend request from me. This is really a great site and losing weight is almost guaranteed. I know you will do well.0
