Can Teens Take Natural Supplements for Weight Loss?

My younger friend is thinking about taking the Garcinia Cambogia natural supplement for weight loss.. She knows she is under the age of 18 for the recommended age usage. Though, she has a binge-eating disorder and has gained about 13 pounds from it. Anyways, are there any other tips for her to try to use instead of taking supplements?

Is it really a friend or is it you? If it is for a friend, the answer is no. If it is for you, the answer is still no. (and a note that you are too young to be on this website) If your friend (or you) have been diagnosed with BED, working with a professional is the best option. (supplements are a waste of money, time and energy)

My best tip....... eat less, move more............there is no magic bullet. Boring as that sounds. When I was younger I too looked for magic bullets.....wasted lots of time & money on "magic bullets."
