Walked 2.20km / hr?

So, I went to the track today at work and I walked for 60 minutes. I used the app "map my walk" and it's telling me I walked 2.20km in that hour. That seems low, considering it feels like I had a good workout. Is the app not accurate if I'm going around a track? I'm just unsure how to log this! It's telling me my 1st km was 29.59 minutes and my second was 27.44 minutes.

Why dont you measure your route on Google Maps?0

2.2 km/hr is very slow, almost a crawl. Unless you're severely disabled I doubt this is accurate. Do you know how many laps you did, and how big the track is?
I find that sometimes MapMyWalk/Run/Ride can have issues if some physical structure is impairing the GPS signal. Did you look at the route that is says you walked?0 -
The lane is 200m. I definitely think it's inaccurate. It says that 1609m = 1 mile. I will have to count my laps next time. Thanks for your help!0
