Hello! I just got my new Fit Bit Flex. I am going to Zumba tonight. I'm wondering.... Is it better to log the steps and activity to MFP through Fit Bit or log the 60 mins of Zumba on MFP... what do you all think???? I'm just not well versed in the Fit Bit to MFP stuff yet
Thanks in advance!!!!!!

I have used my fitbit for zumba before and it seemed to be pretty accurate. If you don't think it is then make sure you start time and durration are accurate on your exercise entry so you do not double count the workout.0

I have a Fitbit Zip and wear it during all my exercise. I just always make sure that I check the start time/stop time and then log that into MFP. I have my activity level on MFP set to sedentary, so that when Fitbit syncs the data from the Zip back to MFP I get credit for the steps and the exercise isn't double counted. I also have it set up to allow MFP to make (positive only) adjustments to my calorie goal based on my steps from my zip.0
