This is now my favorite breakfast. I had some at a restaurant a month ago and was thinking of recreating it, and well, I was successful, and it's honestly pretty filling for 450 calories!

2 slices of sweet bread (guessing Challah would work, I used some Pepperidge Farm Swirl French toast, cinnamon would work too)
1 egg
50g of milk (yeah sorry, I weigh it. It's 1/3 cup maybe?)
1/2 cup nonfat ricotta
Vanilla extract
3g of confectioner sugar
Honey
butter for the griddle (optional)

Heat a griddle. Mix egg, milk, 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract in a shallow bowl, soak the bread on each side and put on griddle.
Meanwhile mix ricotta with 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and 3g of confectioner sugar, and cut 2 large strawberries in thin slices.
When toasts are done (after turning them over after a minute or two), put a thin layer of honey on top of them. Add ricotta mixture, and cover with strawberry slices.

Macros were 450 calories 58g carb 11g fat 21g protein. I used 2g of butter for the griddle, and 9g of honey. Delicious.
