So this morning I made my lunch to bring in to work. It's 3.5 oz of Chicken 1/2 cup of brown rice, 1 cup of carrots and 1 cup of Zuccini. My co-workers just invited me to Olive Garden, so I'll be having the Venitian Apricot Chicken w/only 328 calories which still gives me some room for one breadstick and salad0

I forgot to bring my lunch and thankfully I had this in the freezer at work, its pouring out in beantown today....now look....the sun just came out...LOL...too late!
I'm having such a boring bad food day I'm planning my day tomorrow for sure!!!
