Weight Lifting Exercises

Hi Guys,
I have been weight training since after Christmas. I had a little hiccup when I got a knee injury. But I am going full speed ahead now.
I see so many people doing all these crazy different exercises and I want to try them but since I have never done them before...
I don't know if they are doing them correctly. So I don't want to copy them and do it wrong if they are.
So I am looking for advice on what resources some of you use to learn new exercises. I don't want to fall into the same routine.
Thanks!

if you are looking into the big three, bench/squat/deadlift then i reccommend you look up Jonnie Candito on youtube, canditotraininghq. very informative, very smart, and very strong. he has several videos that break down the form in depth and ways you can correct bad form.0
