Looking for a lifestyle change

Hello everyone!

I'm new to MFP (just over a week of tracking under my belt), and am looking for support, wisdom, challenges, and new friendships along the way!

I've always been slightly overweight compared to my peers. Since I am getting married this summer, I decided that this is as good a time as any to get healthy - and it doesn't hurt to lose weight along the way.

SW: 198
CW: 185
GW: 170 (Maybe once I hit that, my GW will go to 160, or 150!)

I am hoping that once I reach my goal weight I will be able to maintain it without the help of MFP, but one step at a time!
