KCK First Time Mom Newbie To Posting

Hi there!!

First time mom here with a 6 month old. He is amazing and life is good. However, I have had a rough fitness life since being diagnosed with Endometriosis, a torn rotator cuff, plantar fasciitis and "bad knees"...........I have been an athlete all of my life and thought preseason or a long game seasons is what made me hurt. It it never occurred to me until I was 19 to go see a doctor.

I have always been healthy and in "good shape" but since the birth of my son (and the pregnancy from hell) my body isnt the same. I mean that in every sense of the word......I can not do the same exercise routine I did when I wasnt pregnant and its annoying the crap out of me!! lol.

I have lost 27 of the 34 pounds I gained but since I am a plateau I find myself giving in and giving up..........right now I am downing a bag of Pizza Goldfish because its the only thing I can get to eat while the baby sleeps andddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd because I am lacking motivation like whoa....

I hope to lose the last 10 pounds and get my belly, butt and love handles back into shape by the end of 2014.
