Does anyone know anyways to lose weight and not have a flappy tummy?? i weighed 120lb then got pregnant and went up to 175 now im at 160lb...i have a mufffin top and a slightly flappy belly...i dont want it to get any worse!! HELP!!

When did you have the baby?
If it was just recently, no worries, it will get better. If half a year has passed and you still think your tummy looks horrible, check your tummy for diastasis recti. For that lie on your back on the floor and crunch your belly muscles.
