anyone have success doing 30 day shred?

I did the shred and finished level 2 (20 days) and stopped cause I saw no results. Not sure if I should give it another go. Anyone else have any success with this?

Are you watching your calorie intake along with it? I've done it twice now; the first time, I didn't change too much about my portions, and I only lost a pound and a couple inches. This time, I've been using MFP and watching my calories and I'm already doing much better (and still have most of Level 3 to go). Also, try to do the advanced moves if you can, not just the beginner moves. Good luck!

I did up to the end of level two and was watching calories and still didn't see results. I also felt it didn't push me enough. So I quit and did tae Bo and other various exercises and started seeing results. I wasn't impressed with 30ds and the lack of results.

I did it last year and lost inches scale stayed the same. I wore a pair of jeans that I haven't wore in years. My friend even said my stomach looked good:) Ive always had a lower pooch belly, but it was WAY down. I am now doing it again in the mornings and at night I'm doing turbo fire.

I'm on level 3 day 4, although I don't do it every day. My muscles and joints need a day or so in between to recover. My usual routine is 30DS about 4 times a week, Your Shape Fitness for the Xbox 2 days a week, and I use a little mini cycle while I am at the computer or watching TV.

I eat around 1800 -2000 calories a day, which includes the 500 calories or so I eat back from exercise. In the past 8 weeks I have lost 8 pounds, and my jeans are getting loose. I know I am getting stronger and more toned, but I also know I won't be anywhere near where I want to be at the end of the '30' days. I won't see that muscle tone until I lose more of the fat that is covering it up. I figure once I finish level 3, I'll go back through it with heavier weights and trying to do more of the higher intensity moves.
