How to measure...?

How do you guys measure/weigh things like olive oil if you're cooking with it? For example, I fry eggs in olive oil often, but obviously I'm not eating the entire tablespoon of olive oil I use in the pan. Do you guys just leave that out in your logging or do you account for it?

What about eggs? Before, still in their shell? Or after they've been cooked?

Thanks!

I don't weigh eggs. I just use the 1 egg for 70 calorie entry. I wouldn't want to weigh the shell because you don't eat that - so I guess after cooking if it is a fried egg or before if I was doing scrambled (put the bowl on the scale tare - dump in the egg).

As far as oil - I'd either a) just log it all or b) see how much is left and log accordingly - like if it looks like 1/2 is still in the pan I'd log it as 1/2 tablespoon. The better option I think is to use less oil (get an olive oil mister) or just use a non-stick spray.
