Protein for Exercising

My nutritionist told me I should be eating more protein because I do a lot of exercising. So last week I ate the way I usually eat; one egg for breakfast, yogurt for lunch and some almonds thrown in for good luck. The rest was carbs, fruits and veggies. Then I went for my usual cardio kickboxing class and had a terrible time. :noway:
Yesterday, I started out with 2 eggs for breakfast, hardboiled egg with lunch, and a half hour before class I had some cheese (also the usual carbs, etc.). What a difference! Usually I'm wiped out by the end of this class (its taught by a woman who's a professional body builder). This time I was able to do the whole routine without getting winded!
I guess I'll believe my nutritionist!

Hey, that's GREAT!! Sometimes it's kinda hard to see the logic when we have our own way of thinking.

I eat TONS of protein...I almost always go over my daily allowance given by MFP. It keeps me full and has not affected my weight loss at all.0
