Turbo Fire and Feeling Starved

I am 5 and a half weeks into Turbo Fire. I absolutely love the program. However, I find I am extremely hungry in the evenings since I've been doing this program. Because of this, I tend to pig out on junk food and unhealthy foods. It feels like no matter what I eat and how much I eat I just can't cure the hunger! It's driving me absolutely mad.

Is it normal to be so hungry while doing a program like this? I've done P90X, a bunch of Jillian's programs and even Insanity and I have never experienced the hunger I've been experiencing with TF.

I know it is not because I don't eat enough or because my calories are too low, because I am over eating on a daily basis lol! I just really need to figure out how to stop the evening eating so that I can stop gaining weight while on this program, instead of losing it lol!

    Good job on making it that far into Turbo Fire. That's awesome!

    What are your macros? how is your eating throughout the day? Are you eating small snacks/meals or just 3 main meals? I would say you should make sure you are getting a good balance of carbs/protein and enough water. I have lists of foods if you are interested. Just message me and I can send them to you.
