Does this meal plan work??

So it's a meal plan and it says drop around 20LBS in 6 weeks what do you guys think about this... does it really work and if I tried it out i wonder how much i would need to exercise a day.

    At that amount of calories, you probably wouldn't need to exercise at all, and you should eat back any exercise calories you do burn.

    That's a pretty low calorie count. I would imagine you would be hungry very quick. Especially considering vegetarian diets are usually high in carbs.

    I'd honestly suggest against it and stick with what has been tried and true. Is there really a hurry?
